This return and refund policy applies to all eligible products purchased from our store.
Policy Duration
The policy shall remain valid for a period of 15 days commencing from the date of delivery signature. You can request a return within this 15 – day period.

Return Eligibility
If you receive an item with the wrong size or style, or if the item is damaged or defective, kindly email to shop@shoppuy.com to get the return address. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
General Requirements: Items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for return:
They need to be unused and remain in their original state.
They should still be in the original packaging.
They must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll confirm refund approval via email. In addition to being damaged or defective, the item must also meet the aforementioned return eligibility criteria (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase) to qualify for a refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days, though it may take up to 30 days depending on your bank.
